“The volleyball is not rocket science. We are!”, briefly called “Science of Volleyball,” is an initiative by the Yellow Shirts Association – Romania to promote sports, particularly volleyball, at the grassroots level. The initiative is supported by both local and international partners.

The main objective is to create support materials that will assist individuals and organizations interested in volleyball. We hope to increase the knowledge and promotion of volleyball, primarily in Romania, Spain, Italy, and North Macedonia, as well as in other non-partner countries.

The main objective is to offer hosting communities various sports events and activities in which they can participate to promote social inclusion of their members, encourage young people to practice sports, and support local sports organizations.

D’altra parte, il progetto mira a offrire ai volontari internazionali coinvolti il contesto per sviluppare competenze specifiche e acquisire esperienza che li sosterrà ulteriormente e li aiuterà nell’integrazione nel mercato del lavoro.
