A OVERVIEW

The project “AI and Youth Work: The Future is Here” focuses on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool for youth work, exploring how new technologies can be integrated into educational and training practices targeting youth. The project involves several international organizations working together to train youth professionals in the use of AI, thereby improving social inclusion and learning opportunities.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Developing AI skills for youth workers: Provide training on how artificial intelligence can be used to improve the effectiveness of youth employment by promoting the adoption of innovative technologies in the sector.
Promoting youth digital inclusion: Creating new opportunities for young people, especially those in disadvantaged backgrounds, to access and use AI in positive ways for their personal and professional development.
Strengthening the role of youth workers in the digital age: Providing youth professionals with the tools they need to integrate AI into their daily activities, supporting youth education and participation.
Stimulating international dialogue on AI and youth: Promoting cooperation among international organizations and deepening the discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence on youth work.

OUTPUT

AI training and workshops: An intensive training program for youth workers that will cover the principles of artificial intelligence and its impact on the social and cultural dynamics of youth.
International exchange of best practices: Participants will have the opportunity to meet and share experiences on how AI can be used innovatively in youth work.
Development of educational resources: Creation of educational materials and digital resources that will guide youth workers in using AI, offering practical solutions for their daily work.
Study Visit and Webinars: Organizing a study visit involving partner organizations, followed by webinars and online discussions to explore the use of AI in the youth context.
Dissemination campaign: Creation of a social media campaign to share project results, with the aim of raising awareness of how AI can be integrated into youth work and improve social inclusion.
